We are seeking a seasoned Azure Integration Services Manager to lead the design, development, and management of enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. This role will oversee a team of integration specialists and developers, ensuring seamless connectivity across cloud and on-premise systems using Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Azure Integration Services team in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.
- Define and implement integration architecture strategies aligned with business and IT goals.
- Architect and oversee the development of integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
- Ensure best practices in integration patterns, error handling, monitoring, and security.
- Collaborate with business units, application owners, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of integration developers and architects.
- Promote continuous learning and adoption of new Azure capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in enterprise integration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role or managerial role.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid).
- Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep templates.
- REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging protocols.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and governance.
- Experience with hybrid integration scenarios (on-prem to cloud).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
