Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and environmental swabs.
Develop, improve, and validate cleaning and sanitation procedures for all plant operations.
Implement and maintain the facilitys environmental monitoring program.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and overall food safety and sanitation requirements.
Troubleshoot microbiological or sanitation-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Qualifications

BS Biology major in Microbiology or BS Microbiology graduate.
35 years of experience in a microbiology role within food manufacturing or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, GMP, and microbial control.
Experience in developing/validating cleaning procedures is an advantage.
Team player with good communication and documentation skills.
Willing to be assigned in Regent Foods Corporation Pasig.
