Responsibilities
TheMHE Operator - RT (Reach Truck Operator)is responsible for safely and efficiently operating aReach Truckto move, store, and retrieve palletized goods in highrack warehouse locations. The role supports inbound, storage, replenishment, and outbound activities while ensuring compliance with DHL Supply Chain safety, quality, and operational standards.
This position is critical in maintaining inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and safe material handling operations.
- Operate Reach Truck (RT) for putaway, retrieval, replenishment, and pallet movement in racking systems
- Perform daily equipment inspection and report any mechanical or safety issues immediately
- Ensure correct pallet placement following location labels, WMS instructions, FIFO/FEFO
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage to goods, racks, and equipment
- Follow warehouse safety rules, traffic management, and PPE requirements
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards in assigned areas
- Assist in inventory counts and stock verification when required
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by operations< /li>
- Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor
Requirements
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- With valid Reach Truck / Forklift certification or license
- With proven experience operating Forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Knowledge of warehouse racking systems and safety practices
- Physically fit and able to work in a fastpaced warehouse setting
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and holidays
- With good discipline, safety awareness, and teamwork skills
- Willing to undergo 2-3 days actual driving examination
- Willing to be assigned in Northpoint 2, Bustos, Bulacan
