Job Description

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time / Contract

We're looking for a results-driven Meta Media Buyer who knows how to turn strategy into performance. This role is for someone who owns outcomes, thinks in data, and understands what actually makes ads convert on Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Translate client business goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives into clear Meta advertising strategies.
  • Own campaign setup, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization within Meta Ads Manager.
  • Conduct audience research, testing, and segmentation to identify scaling and efficiency opportunities.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and analyze key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Make data-driven optimizations to targeting, creatives, budgets, and campaign structure.
  • Prepare and deliver clear performance reports with insights, learnings, and next steps.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and copywriters to develop high-converting ad creatives and offers.
  • Write and refine ad copy, headlines, hooks, and calls to action tailored to Meta's platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure Meta ad efforts align with broader marketing and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make optimization decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of Meta's targeting options, creative best practices, and optimization levers.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of what makes Meta ads convert.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem solver who takes ownership of performance and outcomes.
  • Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B advertising is a plus.

  • Meta campaigns are launched cleanly, optimized proactively, and consistently improved over time.
  • Creative testing is structured, intentional, and performance-driven.
  • Clients clearly understand performance, strategy, and next steps.
