We are a US-based performance marketing agency that helps service businesses scale through paid advertising. We manage Meta ad campaigns for multiple clients and are growing fast. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Media Buyer to join our remote team long-term.

What You'll Do

Launch and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple clients

Monitor daily ad performance and make optimization decisions

Analyze creative performance and flag underperforming ads

Set up campaigns following our internal SOPs and naming conventions

Report on key metrics: CPL, ROAS, CTR, spend pacing

Communicate updates and flag issues to the team lead daily

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience

Experience managing campaigns with $5,000–$50,000/month in ad spend

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated work setup

Available to overlap with US Eastern or Central time (at least 4 hours)

Fluent written English communication

Nice to Have

Experience working with a US-based agency

Familiarity with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar funnel tools

Basic copywriting skills for ad creative briefs
