At least one year of experience as company messenger
Knowledgeable with routes and areas in the greater Manila area
Physically fit and willing to travel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and can work with high levels of accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail
Flexible, adaptable, organized, and able to work with tight deadlines where required
Tasks & Responsibilities
Physically deliver and pick up important documents, packages, payments and other items to intended recipients within and outside of the organization. This may involve travelling between office locations or making trips outside of the office to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Submit and process documents with different government agencies
Submit invoices, collect payments and issue official receipts
Deposit collections and process bank transactions
You may also be required to assist with various administrative tasks as needed. This could include filing documents, organizing paperwork, maintaining office supplies, and providing general support to the administrative team
