Summary:
Plays a critical role in ensuring that partner merchants effectively utilize the ATM Go and QR Cash services provided by RCBC. Ensures that merchants are satisfied with the services, achieve their business goals, and maintain a long-term, productive relationship with the Agency Banking team. Create synergies between internal and external stakeholders that would ultimately deliver better customer experience across the bank's various target segments.
- Responsible for optimizing revenue generation from existing merchants.
- Monitors performance metrics
- Develops and implements initiatives to increase partner engagement and profitability.
- Identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities for new services.
- Acts as a key point of contact for high-value partners.
- In charge of developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue and transaction volume/value by working with the Sales team, merchants and key internal counterparts.
- Enhance merchant success and retention. Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.
- Conduct regular checking of merchants to ensure merchant satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Track and monitor merchant performance metrics such as uptime, transaction success rates, etc. and taking necessary actions to ensure they are achieving their business goals
- Create and share performance reports with merchants to highlight successes and areas for improvement.
- Oversees merchant onboarding process from client queries to maintenance and updating of MIS reports.
- Ensures that merchants are onboarded with complete documentary requirements and filed in WORQS within agreed TAT.
- Audit Compliance and Review
- Ensure that all relationships, key initiatives, activities, processes & procedures intended for the growth and development of DEIG products, channels and platforms are within internal compliance & external regulatory standards.
- Must ensure that all items within his/her scope are compliant with the various policies and guidelines of the following internal and external stakeholders, but not limited to RCBC, BSP and AMLC
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working in banking/financial services industry with exposure to ATM operations is highly desirable
- Familiarity with reporting and performance reporting models
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively while maintaining high standards of performance
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to ATM /MPOS service
