Position Description
- Presenting partnership proposals to targeted merchants/corporations to facilitate onboarding for Straight and Installment options.
- Ensuring that onboarding requirements are completed and submitted by the merchant/corporation.
- Overseeing terminal deployment for POS and conducting live testing for e
- commerce to activate partnerships.
- Collaborating with Project Managers to implement PayEasy programs, supporting partnership launches and driving incremental revenue growth.
- Actively engaging with frontliners through regular store visits to onboarded merchants, with a goal of at least one visit per month, and completing the Feet On the Street (FOS) checklist after each visit.
- Conducting business reviews with merchants to explore strategies for boosting sales.

- end customer experience by providing robust support for proprietary programs.
- Achieving 100% smooth onboarding, activation, and incubation processes, ensuring a seamless transition to the Legacy period.
- Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining the Command Center File and NTB Bible updated prior to terminal deployment.
- Collaborating closely with various usage teams (Payment Programs, Major Categories, Travel & GUTU Teams) as well as cross
- functional teams (Core Ops, CAMU, UBP Legal, UBP ISDP, FP&A, Cards Acquisition, and Cards Product Management Teams).
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of the Merchant Acquisition team (NTB) and support units to ensure objectives are met, identifying challenges, and recommending solutions.
- Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful implementation and execution.

Primary Responsibilities
- The Merchant Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, scoping, and onboarding merchants to partner with UBP, facilitating payment solutions for UBP credit cardholders. This role involves building strong relationships with potential merchants, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience to enhance our payment offerings.
