What You'll Do:

We are currently seeking a Merchandising Specialist who is highly organized, analytically minded, and experienced in retail supply operations in the Philippines. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between our internal inventory systems and our retail partners such as Watsons, SM Department Stores, and other key distributors.

• Inventory Monitoring & Replenishment: Support the Stock and Supply Manager in monitoring stock levels across retail and consignment locations; track Days of Inventory (DOI) and initiate timely replenishment to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Sales Order Coordination: Process sales orders from retail partners like Watsons and SM, and ensure accurate and timely dispatch in coordination with 3PL partners and internal warehouse teams.
• Retail Partner Support: Maintain updated inventory records for partner stores; help resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and provide stock-related updates to key retail accounts.
• Logistics & Distribution Assistance: Assist in managing warehouse dispatch schedules and local/provincial delivery tracking. Liaise with logistics partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution.
• Inventory Reporting and Documentation: Update inventory trackers and generate regular reports on stock movement, supply performance, and order fulfillment rates. Support periodic audits and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• System and Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy in inventory systems, spreadsheets; help maintain system alignment across departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
• 2-3 years of experience in stock and supply operations in FMCG or retail (beauty/skincare industry is a plus).
• Familiar with handling inventory for retail accounts like Watsons, SM, and similar channels
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices, inventory management systems, and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with vendors, warehouses, and retail partners
