Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Merchandising Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to lead merchandising initiatives and strengthen product visibility across key accounts.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within merchandising, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, retail pharmacy operations, and distribution channels
Proven experience in handling drugstore chains, hospitals, and key accounts
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data
Experience in executing merchandising programs, trade promotions, and product launches
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to coordinate with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Willingness to travel and oversee field merchandising activities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company goals
Ensure strong product visibility and availability across pharmacies and healthcare outlets
Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize merchandising efforts
Lead and manage the merchandising team nationwide
Coordinate closely with sales and marketing for campaigns and product launches
Conduct regular field visits, audits, and performance reviews
