Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Inspect daily execution of MEPFS if correctly done based on plan and specs.
2. Reviews MEPFS plans and specs giving emphasis on pipe clashing and conflicts with other structures.
3. Conducts testing of MEPFS and documents results.
4. Prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system.
5. Analyze mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
6. Ability to interpret work from blueprints, sketches, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operation interpretations.
7. Prepare and deliver effective presentations whenever required.
8. Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
With at least 1-3 years experience specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or their equivalents.
Must have experience in Mall Projects..
Preferably a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
