Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) CAD/Drafter role based in Kawit. The MEPF CAD/Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and engineering designs for construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include utilizing CAD software to prepare and update design layouts, collaborating with engineers and architects, and ensuring all drawings comply with project specifications and codes. The role requires precision, teamwork, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality drafting work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings
• Strong skills in MEPF Drawings and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Familiarity with MEPF design standards, project specifications, and building codes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Relevant experience in construction or engineering is an advantage
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD or similar software
• Bachelor's degree or technical certification related to drafting, architecture, or engineering
