Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead BIM coordination for large-scale, complex projects.
Manage and maintain BIM models to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Conduct clash detection and lead coordination meetings to resolve issues proactively.
Develop and enforce project-specific BIM execution plans.
Provide technical support and guidance to the project team on all BIM-related matters.

Qualifications

BSc in mechanical or electrical engineering
5 Years min experience for BIM Coordinators and 10 Years min experience for BIM Managers.
Deep expertise in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, ACC).
Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
