The organization was established to acquire the Master Franchise License for nine countries and territories within Asia. Inspire Brands Asia also oversees the operations and management of Anytime Fitness gyms across the region, driving growth and maintaining a focus on health and fitness excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Membership Consultant. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for engaging with leads generation to drive membership sales, building strong relationships through outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential leads, responding to inquiries, scheduling tours of the fitness facilities, and maintaining the satisfaction of both new and existing members. The role requires collaboration with team members to achieve overall sales and membership targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Membership Sales and Membership management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
• Experience in Sales and achieving membership or revenue goals
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to exceed customer expectations
• Previous experience in fitness, health, or wellness industries is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
