Job Description

Willing to do site inspection pre bids and monitor small projects if necessary
Attends technical and coordination meetings to assigned projects
Responsible for the proper coordination among civil works
Responsible for the proper sequencing mechanical works according to contract schedule
Submit progress report to the immediate superior on a regular basis
Experience in High rise buildings
Expert in MEPFS estimate
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS word & Excel
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
