Your Role
As a Medium Finance Controller, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Compliance:Manage the company's financial records and create accurate reports to ensure we follow international accounting standard.
- Budgeting & Analysis:Lead the creation of budgets and forecasts, performing variance analysis to help the company make data-driven strategic decisions.
- Treasury & Risk Management:Monitor cash flow and working capital daily to ensure liquidity and minimize financial risks.
- Internal Controls:Establish and improve internal policies and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Team Support:Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning, drive cost control, and improve overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Education:You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience:You have 2-3 years of previous work experience in financial controlling, accounting, or auditing.
- Technical Expertise:You are skilled in financial reporting and budgeting, with advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (experience with Odoo is preferred).
- Key Attributes:You have a strong analytical mind, great attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Communication & Language:You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills; knowing French is a plus.
