The Role
Ecosa Sleep App is dedicated to helping people fall asleep faster and improve their sleep quality. We are looking for a passionate expert in sleep meditation to join our team as an AI Meditation Audio Optimization Specialist.
You will be responsible for continuously improving and innovating our meditation audio content, leveraging AI tools to enhance user experience, and ensuring users achieve deep relaxation and faster sleep.
Key Responsibilities
Meditation Content Optimization
- Evaluate and refine existing meditation audio to ensure scientific accuracy, relaxation effectiveness, and immersive quality.
- Improve language, pacing, sound effects, and overall experience based on user feedback and data insights.
AI Tools Application
- Utilize AI audio generation and editing tools to enhance voice, background sounds, and pacing.
- Collaborate with the tech team to explore new AI audio solutions and maintain a differentiated user experience.
Content Development
- Write and produce high-quality English meditation scripts designed to guide users into a relaxed and sleep-ready state.
- Maintain diverse meditation themes (e.g., quick sleep induction, deep sleep, stress release, mindfulness, body scan).
Professional Guidance
- Provide Ecosa Sleep App with expert advice and recommendations in meditation and sleep wellness to improve overall user experience.
Sleep & Mental Health Integration
- Align meditation content with sleep science to ensure effectiveness beyond relaxation.
- If applicable, incorporate psychological counseling elements to address emotional and cognitive barriers to sleep.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Excellent English writing and speaking ability; strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand users needs, with the ability to recognize the quality of English meditation audio.
- Meditation Expertise: Deep understanding of meditation and mindfulness practices, familiar with multiple techniques (guided meditation, breathing exercises, body scan, etc.).
- Sleep Knowledge: Solid understanding of sleep science, common sleep difficulties (such as insomnia), and effective interventions.
- AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI audio tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, audio editing software, AI soundscape generation) and the ability to independently produce optimized meditation audio.
- Content Experience: Proven track record in creating English meditation content (both scriptwriting and audio production), with continuous iteration and improvement.
- Certifications (Preferred): Meditation instructor certification, counseling/psychology certifications are a plus.
- Execution Skills: Ability to optimize meditation experiences based on feedback and product goals.
- Background in psychology or counseling, with strong empathy and user understanding.
- Prior experience in meditation content creation or sleep/wellness apps.
- Knowledge or practice in sound therapy, music for relaxation, or sleep audio design.
