Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a comprehensive, DOH-aligned training curriculum
- Lead classroom, simulation, and on-the-job coaching sessions
- Oversee certification, assessments, and deployment readiness
- Collaborate with HR & Ops to build a strong clinical talent pipeline
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety, ethics, and clinical standards
Qualifications
- Licensed healthcare professional (RMT, RN, etc.)
- Strong background in phlebotomy or clinical training
- Skilled in facilitation, leadership, and compliance
