Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Valid Drug Test Certificate
- Proven experience in clinical laboratory settings
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, including drug screenings
- Prepare and analyze biological specimens accurately
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly
- Document and report test results promptly and accurately
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test findings
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents
