Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Scheduler to join our team. This key role serves as the hub between our clients, caregivers, and clinical team, ensuring seamless coverage and exceptional service.
What You'll Do:
- Manage incoming calls related to scheduling inquiries and adjustments
- Handle caregiver call-offs promptly and implement coverage solutions
- Develop both immediate and long-term staffing solutions to meet client needs
- Fill day-to-day open shifts efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure optimal clientcaregiver matches
- Audit and review client schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with care plans
- Support management with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned

- Ability to problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Scheduling or staffing experience preferred
