Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. This role is responsible for promoting and selling Trianon's medical and healthcare products to physicians, pharmacists, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Daily activities include scheduling and conducting client visits, delivering product presentations, providing product information and samples, and responding to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. The Medical Sales Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, monitor competitor activity, and gather market feedback to support business development. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing regular reports, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and product trainings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Medical Sales skills with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, build territories, and manage a healthcare-focused client portfolio.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear presentation, and relationship building with diverse healthcare stakeholders.
  • Foundational knowledge in Medicine and/or Pharmacy to effectively understand product indications, benefits, and clinical value when engaging healthcare professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to plan routes, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Comfort with using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, email, presentation software) to track activities, prepare materials, and communicate with internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel within the National Capital Region and nearby areas as business needs require.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct, and a customer-centered approach in all interactions with healthcare partners.
