The Medical Sales Representative will support a US-based healthcare client by promoting and selling medical products or services to healthcare professionals in the United States. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong sales ability, and professionalism aligned with US business and healthcare standards. The position is office-based in Davao City and may require working during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical or healthcare products/services to US healthcare professionals
- Communicate confidently and professionally in English via phone calls, video meetings, and emails
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, physicians, clinics, and healthcare partners
- Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Conduct product presentations, sales calls, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports
- Stay updated on product knowledge, medical information, and US healthcare market trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and US healthcare regulations
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support sales and client needs
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
- At least 13 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales
- Experience handling US clients or international accounts is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong English communication and sales aptitude may be considered
Language & Communication
- Excellent spoken and written English (near-native or fluent)
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to clearly explain medical or technical information
