What We're Looking For:

Preferably with Sales Experience: For Professional Medical Sales Representative- Candidates with current or previous experience in direct-selling, preferably within the clinical diagnostics and/or healthcare sectors are preferred but not required; For Field Sales Supervisors- the candidate must have at least one (1) year of experience in managing a Sales Team;

Preferably with Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Clinical Laboratory Systems, Medical Imaging Systems and OR solutions is an advantage. The candidates should be able to understand and communicate the complex product features, advantages and benefits;

Relationship Builder: The candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude that foster long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders;

Results-Driven: The candidates must have the passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth;

Self-Driven: The candidates must be hardworking and is able to perform his duties and tasks with minimal supervision;

Solution Provider- The candidates must be adept at determining his customers unique needs and would therefore provide creative and custom-fit solutions to address such needs;

Excellent Communication Skills: The candidates must have the ability to present ideas clearly, specifically and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.

What Prerequisites You Must Meet:

You must be a college graduate of any course but being a degree holder in any allied medical course such as but not limited to Medical Technology, Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Biology, etc. or any course in Marketing, Business Administration is a great advantage;

You must be proficient in the use of various emailing platforms internet search engines and Microsoft Office applications particularly in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint or its equivalent;

Applicants for the position of Professional Medical Sales Representative- You must be 21-35 years old, male or female;

Applicants for the position of Field Sales Supervisor- you must be 28- 38 years old, male or female

You must be physically and mentally fit as the job requires;

You must be willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao and Visayas;

You must be willing to do frequent travels any time of the day as the job requires;

Having driving skills and possessing a valid driver's license are a good advantage.
