Medical Sales Representative (Medical Equipment)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative at Aljeron Medical located in Mandaluyong. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment, with a focus on Urology, OB-GYN, and general surgical equipment. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, demonstrating product features, conducting sales presentations, and building long-term customer relationships. The Sales Representative will also provide after-sales support to healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, nursing, sales, or business administration
• At least 1 year of experience in medical sales is an advantage
• Knowledge about the hospital's structure and process flow is an advantage.
• Must be results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
• Must be willing to undergo one month of training in Mandaluyong City
• Preferably a resident of DAVAO CITY or is willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate records and preparing bidding documents
• Reaching quarterly and annual sales targets
• Promoting and selling the company's products through daily hospital coverage
• Arranging appointments with doctors, end-users, administrative hospital staff, and other key decision-makers to organize product presentations
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients; negotiating contracts
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional society conventions and exhibits
• Creating demand and increasing awareness by emphasizing the need for core products.
