What You'll Do
- Review veterans medical records and provide IMO support.
- Manage 20,000 medical exams monthly and conduct timely, accurate IMO research.
- Maintain the IMO Support Tracker and meet weekly IMO requirements.
- Communicate with the SOM regarding workload and follow weekly IMO allocations.
- Train new IMO specialists and perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Criteria
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet applications.
- Skilled in documentation, able to type 40+ WPM, and capable of multitasking.
- Experienced in healthcare and medical environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Daily on-site work (Monday-Friday), followingUS CST and CDT (6pm to 3am PHT).
