Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in college
  • Minimum of 6 months BPO or customer service experience
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Call center experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat
  • Give information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Record customer interactions properly
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
