Qualifications
- At least 2 years in college
- Minimum of 6 months BPO or customer service experience
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Call center experience is an advantage

- Give information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Record customer interactions properly
