The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and other medical establishments within a defined territory. The role aims to build strong customer relationships, increase product awareness, and drive sales performance in alignment with Distriphils standards of excellence and compliance.
- Promote assigned products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals through regular field visits, detailing, and product presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives as set by the company.
- Execute territory coverage plans effectively and document field activities in a timely manner.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competition, pricing, and customer needs.
- Organize and participate in medical symposia, round table discussions, and product launches as needed.
- Ensure adherence to industry ethical standards and company policies during all promotional activities.
- Collaborate closely with the District Manager and cross-functional teams for territory planning and strategy execution.
- Submit accurate and timely reports, including sales performance and call activities.

- Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a field-based role.
- With a valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
