Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Quezon City. The Medical Receptionist will handle front desk duties, including greeting patients, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments. The role involves maintaining patient records, ensuring clear communication with healthcare providers, and ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
Ideal Qualifications
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree- preferably in business administration, tourism management, or any related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is an advantage
- Must have basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office Applications, Google Sheets, and Email
- Excellent communication and organization skills, proficient in written and verbal English and Filipino
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining a well-organized schedule
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and handling patient inquiries professionally
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and front desk operations
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with Medical Office procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate doctor and patient schedules
- Prepare and encode medical records
- Ensure medical records are complete and properly filed
- Assist in monitoring inventory of office & medical supplies
- Communicate with patients and staff for appointments and follow-ups (answer calls, send texts, and emails)
- Help in organizing medical trainings or activities
- Answer inquiries across all social media platforms
- Ad hoc duties
