What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily document management operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of patient records
  • Lead, coach, and support a team to meet performance, quality, and turnaround time targets
  • Ensure accurate uploading and maintenance of records across portals and databases
  • Monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, follow up on missing or outstanding documentation, and resolve escalations as needed
  • Maintain compliance with data security standards and ensure accuracy in all record processing
  • Support training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and processes

Key Criteria


  • At least 2 years of experience leading a healthcare/insurance document management team with hands-on experience in medical records processing or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Work setup:


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern time hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM (8:30PM – 5:00AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
