Medical Coding Team Leader

Be part of our growth! We are hiring Inpatient Medical Coding Team Leads for our ongoing ramp this quarter.

PRINCIPLE PURPOSE OF JOB:

We are currently seeking Team Leaders to support a growing client base and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the production team and to help stabilization of the process

combining their clinical and/or coding expertise with payment accuracy. This includes ensuring

that the team delivers as per set expectations while maintaining the required quality standards.

The role involves day to day coordination with internal as well external teams

• Must have an active nursing license with CIC or CCS certification
• With at least 2 years in inpatient coding, preferably in DRG
• With at least 1 year of Team Lead experience
• Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu office
