Key Qualifications:

CRC, CPC, CCS, or COC certification.

An active PRC license for any allied medical-related profession for at least 6 months.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Risk Adjustment Medical Coding.

Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and HCC coding guidelines.

Strong clinical knowledge to ensure accurate coding.

Temporary Work From Home (WFH) arrangement available.

Responsibilities:

Accurately code and abstract medical records using ICD-10 and HCC coding guidelines.

Perform Risk Adjustment Medical Coding with precision and compliance.

Stay updated on coding and documentation changes and guidelines.

Maintain confidentiality and data security in all coding activities.

Assist in audits and quality assurance to maintain coding accuracy.
