Medical Claims Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a Medical Claims Analyst - AR to handle US healthcare provider billing, accounts receivable collections, and claims-related tasks. The role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with medical billing processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance representatives.

Qualifications

• At least 1st year college undergraduate or high school graduate

• Minimum of 1 year experience in US healthcare provider billing (hospital or physician billing) and AR collections

• Above-average English communication skills and willingness to do outbound calls

• Familiarity with key healthcare and insurance terminologies: copay, coinsurance, deductibles

• Knowledge in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

• Familiarity with medical claim forms such as CMS-1500 and UB-04
