Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional accuracy in data entry, and experience in managing medical claims and insurance processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate submission and tracking of medical claims while maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
Accurately input claim information into the system and maintain organized spreadsheets.
Track payments and denials, ensuring claims are processed efficiently.
Resubmit denied or incorrect claims and resolve any related issues promptly.
Prepare and deliver monthly claim billing reports and summaries.
Contact insurance agencies to address inquiries and resolve claim denials.
Utilize tools such as ClickUp, Google Suite, and Trizetto Simple Claim to manage workflows effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications
Experience in medical billing and claims management.
Proficient in using ClickUp, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and Trizetto Simple Claim.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication skills for handling insurance inquiries and resolving issues.
Ability to analyze claim denials and determine the best course of action.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
