Medical Biller

My Mountain Mover is looking for a Medical Biller to support a mental health and behavioral health clinic. This is a full-time, end-to-end billing role covering claims, prior authorizations, eligibility verification, and scheduling.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hybrid position managing the full billing cycle alongside scheduling support for a high-volume behavioral health practice. You'll be the point person for keeping claims moving, resolving denials, and making sure patient scheduling runs smoothly across a demanding weekend caseload

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-end medical billing (charge entry through payment posting)
• Prior authorizations
• Insurance eligibility verification
• Patient scheduling
• Direct communication with insurance companies to resolve claim issues, denials, and billing discrepancies

SCHEDULE

Full-time, 40 hours/week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Two consecutive rest days will fall mid-week instead (for example, Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven background in Mental Health and Behavioral Health billing (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of behavioral health billing codes, payer rules, and claim workflows
