Duties & Responsibilities
- Bring patients to the clinic and conduct aesthetic consultations, assess their needs, and recommend suitable treatments.
- Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures using FDA-approved machines safely and effectively.
- Ensure treatments are tailored to individual patient requirements, prioritizing safety and desired outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Monitor patient progress and provide post-treatment follow-ups to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on proper post-treatment care and address questions regarding procedures, side effects, or expectations.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth workflow, treatment scheduling, and an excellent patient experience.
- Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and technologies in medical aesthetics.
- Promote and uphold the clinic's reputation for quality, ethical practice, and patient-centered care.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid PRC license.
- Board certification or training in Dermatology, Cosmetic Medicine, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in aesthetic procedures using machines such as Thermage, Ultherapy, Cynosure Picosure, Revlite, or similar devices.
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, facial aesthetics, and safety protocols.
- Excellent patient assessment, consultation, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform procedures with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of infection control, medical ethics, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to educate and counsel patients effectively on treatments and aftercare.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
