We're looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. This role works closely with our creative strategist and video editor to continuously test, optimize, and scale winning ad creatives.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for both execution and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Upload and manage ads on: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads
- Analyze ad performance and creative results
- Review and provide feedback on creative briefs
- Coordinate with: Creative Strategist and Video Editor
- Adjust budgets, pause underperforming ads, and scale winners
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience running paid ads on Meta and TikTok
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience working with short-form video ads
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams
- Comfortable managing daily budgets and performance metrics
Preferred Skills
- Snapchat Ads experience
- Experience in fashion or DTC brands
- Understanding of UGC-style ad creatives
