Compensation: $1,800$2,000 per month (full-time), plus paid holidays and performance-based bonuses. Compensation is negotiable for the right candidate with proven results.

Someone who can see the entire chessboard of ads, funnels, and creative and move the right piece at the right time to scale campaigns from six figures a month to multi-millions a month.

What You'll Do:

Lead media growth across all platforms: Meta (FB/IG), YouTube, TikTok, Google suite, LinkedIn, and whatever platform drives ROI.

Architect and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, including:

Awareness campaigns that dominate impressions.

Conversion campaigns that hit 1.5+ ROAS on the front end and 3+ ROAS on the back end.

Write powerful creative briefs: You'll translate strategy into specific hooks, angles, and ad formats that designers, editors, and content producers can

execute on.

Set up, manage, and scale campaigns: from ad copy to targeting, from $1K tests to $1M scale.

Run thousands of creative tests to find the winning hook, iterate it into new variations, and push campaigns until they break records.

Analyze the data like a pro not just looking at CTR and CPC, but uncovering the story behind the numbers and making fast, decisive adjustments.

Own funnel alignment: If the funnel is the bottleneck, you'll spot it, flag it, and help the team fix it so growth doesn't stall.

Forecast, report, and scale: You'll know where our ad dollars should go, what's driving growth, and where we double down.

Leadership DNA: You can direct designers, video editors, and producers to bring your vision to life fast.

Strategic vision + tactical chops: You can architect the strategy and then roll up your sleeves to launch, test, and optimize campaigns yourself.

Funnel awareness: You know an ad can't save a broken funnel and you'll partner with the team to ensure nothing stands in the way of scale.
