JOB DESCRIPTION

The Media Buy Officer is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads platforms. The role ensures efficient use of the marketing budget to achieve key business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.

Campaign Management:

- Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

-Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and deliver positive ROI.

Strategy & Planning:

-Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop data-driven media strategies.

-Identify target audiences, appropriate ad formats, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Performance Optimization:

-Continuously monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to improve results.

-Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements to identify best-performing elements.

Analytics & Reporting:

-Generate regular performance reports highlighting key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

-Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Budget Management:

-Efficiently allocate budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within the approved spend.

-Track and report on daily and monthly pacing against targets.

-Cross-Platform Coordination:

-Work closely with creative, content, and brand teams to ensure message consistency across platforms.

-Coordinate with e-commerce and sales teams for campaign alignment with promotions or launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.

At least 12 years of experience in Digital Media Buying or performance marketing.

-Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).

-Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and data tracking tools.

-Proficiency in campaign budget management, bid strategies, and conversion optimization.

-Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends and best practices.

-Detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
