Media Buyer
Salary Range: $866 to $1,213 per month

As a Media Buyer, you'll manage and scale advertising across Meta and Google, driving growth for a company that makes a real difference. What You'll Do:
- Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Track daily performance, including ROAS, cost per acquisition, and other key metrics.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, calls to action, and targeting.
- Work closely with the founder to adjust strategies based on business needs and performance.
- Use tools like Meta Pixel to guide retargeting and behavior-based adjustments.
- Recommend funnel approaches, such as awareness campaigns followed by conversion-focused retargeting.
- Explore new ad placement opportunities, including WhatsApp and podcasts.
- Report on performance trends and offer proactive ideas to improve results.
- Keep campaigns aligned with brand goals and ensure ad content connects with the right audience.
Who You'll Work With:
You'll be part of a small, purpose-driven team focused on scaling a high-impact e-commerce brand. Most of your collaboration will be with the founder, who moves quickly and values initiative, creativity, and thoughtful communication.
Who We're Looking For:
- Ad Buying Experience: 3+ years working with both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a strong track record of building and scaling campaigns.
- Strategic Thinking: Able to look at different approaches and suggest ideas confidently.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Comfortable navigating complex dashboards, testing variables, and analyzing campaign data.
- Collaborative: Open to frequent communication, ideally daily check-ins, to stay aligned and keep things moving.
- Clear Communicator: Keeps updates simple and transparent for smooth teamwork.
- Bonus: Experience with TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms, and an interest in mission-driven brands (not required).
