As Media and Performance Strategist, you will do:
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Programmatic platforms / DSPs
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Set KPIs, budgets, and media plans based on data and insights
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve results
- Continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Create clear, compelling reports and dashboards
- Present campaign results and strategies to internal teams and clients
Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Core Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager)
- TikTok Ads
- Programmatic / DSP platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of media metrics, attribution, and conversion tracking
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners
