Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or supervision
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with CMMS or maintenance management software
Knowledge of HVAC, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed
Responsibilities
Supervise daily mechanical maintenance and repair activities
Lead and train a team of mechanical technicians
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs
Coordinate with other departments for operational support
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Manage inventory of mechanical tools and spare parts
Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
Assist in budget planning and cost control
Review and improve mechanical processes and procedures
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
