We are now seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to be based in our Makati City office.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee installation of mechanical systems (HVAC, ventilation, chilled water, heating, plumbing).
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve site issues.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and technical challenges.
- Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
- Verify materials and equipment comply with project requirements.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material logs, and inspection reports.
- Ensure document control and proper filing of site-related documents.
- Assist in system testing and commissioning activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and testing phases.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in mechanical site supervision within construction or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems installation and site safety standards.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using project management tools.
