Who are we looking for
We have a great opportunity for a
Mechanical Revit Modeler based in the Philippines as part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our UAE office.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including, concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating your knowledge of technical and design principles
- Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
- Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan
- Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model
What you will bring to the team:
- 3 year of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectation and preferably working in the consulting industry
- Proficient in the drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and fire protection services using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP
- Experienced in various types of projects such as apartments (low, - mid-, and high-rise), commercial office buildings (shell & core, and fit out), hotels, shopping malls, retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities
- Proficient with Navisworks is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and related tools
- Proficient in the drawing production using Philippine and international design standards such as USA, UK, and UAE.
Work Arrangement:Hybrid (officebased and workfromhome)
Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
