Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing the design of building mechanical services from start to completion.
• Coordination with other stakeholders and development of detailed mechanical building service designs.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Participates in design meetings and deals with project day-to-day requirements.
• Supports Project Managers in procurement, reviewing, and assessments of quotes and fee proposals from suppliers and subcontractors proposals.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Assist in project documentation, including drawings, specifications, change orders, and closeout documents.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Design Air Conditioning.
• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering HVAC projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• With excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel daily or relocate here in Angeles City, Pampanga (work on-site)
• Can start immediately.
