Job Description

• Carry out mechanical building services engineering design and complete documentation including calculations, drawings and reports.
• Interdisciplinary coordination with other building services disciplines, architect, and structural engineer.
• Assist with preparation of drawings and models in AutoCAD and Revit Software packages.
• Preparation of project specifications with the assistance of a senior engineer.
• Working closely with internal staff; act with integrity to build long partnerships built on trust.
• Ensure all work produced meets the quality assurance and delivery requirements of Mesh.
• Bring a focus of continual improvement and development; it's vital that we stay ahead of the curve and always pushing the boundaries to deliver better results to our clients.
• Be active and hands on with projects to ensure that our ethos of outstanding client service is realised within the team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with carrying out lighting and mechanical calculations.
• Competent with the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• 3-5 years experience in building services mechanical engineering.
