JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Preparation and Update of As-built drawings:
a. Fire Sprinkler System
b. mechanical
c. plumbing
2) Reading/interpretation of plans and specification
3) Preparations of shop drawings/ISD/CSD
4) Review of For Construction Drawing
5) Preparation of RFI's/CVI/SI
6) Preparation of submittals
7) Monitoring of RFI's and submittals
8) Monitoring and closing-out of Non Compliance Notices
9) Technical Evaluation of materials for procurement
10) Coordination of technical concerns with the consultants
11) Coordination implementation of FCD's
12) Preparation of minutes of meeting (technical and management)
13) Inspection of materials delivered on site
14) Attending walk-thru with the Subcontractors
15) Witness testing and commissioning of M&E Works
16) Preparation of inspection checklist
17) Understanding of Contract Documents
18) Managing the works, technical preparation of correspondence to Subcontractors, Suppliers
19) Attend technical construction coordination meetings
20) Emphasis on good quality to promote possible repeat client
21) Conduct QA/QC inspection with required ISO forms
22) Conduct punch listing prior to turn-over:
a. plumbing
b. elevator
c. fire sprinkler system
d. HVAC
e. landscaping
f. interior finishes
23) Review and understanding of Contract Documents
24) Identifying potential contract variation based on issued document by the Owner's Representative
25) Quantity and Cost Estimates for Variation Orders
26) Reconciliation of submitted variation orders (quantities)
27) Getting cost proposals/quotation from suppliers and subcontractor
28) Commercial Evaluation of Cost proposals and quotations
29) Preparation of PRFS and PRS
30) Review of subcontract agreement including its scope of works and BOQ
31) Preparation of DMCI progress billing
32) Evaluation of the submittal progress billing of trade contractors vs the actual accomplishment.
33) Evaluation of cost proposals for work variations submitted by subcontractors
34) Preparation of power and water consumption billing chargeable to other parties
35) Preparation of bill of quantities based on drawings/plans and specification
36) Preparation of bill of materials
37) Preparation of Pre-Construction planning per scope of work
38) Coordinate work program with interface with all other scope of work of the project
39) Coordination of Mechanical works only
40) Preparation of various schedule:
a. manpower
b. 3-weeks rolling schedule
c. 3-months look ahead
41) Monitoring progress of work and evaluation of work
42) Prepares Daily Activity Report
43) Manpower Monitoring
44) Equipment Monitoring
45) Prepares Work Permits
46) Preparation of documents for turning over project to project manager or client
47) Identification, monitoring, and close-out of balance of works
48) Compliance to Project Safety Programs
49) Implementation of safety and health plans of the project
50) Toolbox Meetings
51) Safety site Walk-Thru
52) All other items as directed by the Project Manager and/or Management
Experience: With at least 5 years experience in the construction industry
