Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in HVAC and MEPFS design for building and industrial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing mechanical system designs, performing engineering calculations, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC and mechanical systems for building and industrial projects.
• Perform HVAC and mechanical engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and system design.
• Prepare and review mechanical drawings, specifications, schedules, and other technical documents.
• Develop and coordinate Revit-based mechanical/BIM models.
• Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with applicable local and international codes and standards.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical and coordination issues.
• Support project teams throughout the design and documentation stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Strong experience in HVAC and MEPFS systems design and calculations.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Knowledge of relevant local and international engineering codes and standards.
• Strong technical, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience in building, industrial, or multidisciplinary engineering projects is an advantage.
