Job Description:
The role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing engagement-focused Shopee Live campaigns for Shopee's MCN (Multi-Channel Network) partners. This includes overseeing MCN onboarding, engagement, and performance through data-driven and creatively structured initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
- Conceptualize, plan, and launch MCN challenges, competitions, and seasonal Shopee Live campaigns to drive conversion.
- Track campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations to improve results.
MCN Onboarding, Engagement & Retention
- Develop compelling challenge mechanics to encourage MCNs to stream on Shopee Live and deliver strong conversions.
- Design and implement performance-based reward systems to maximize participation, retention, and ROI.
- Monitor MCN activity, analyze engagement levels, and roll out targeted initiatives to re-activate inactive partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to co-develop innovative campaign and challenge formats.
- Explore and test new gamification strategies to strengthen competition and increase MCN motivation.
- Use performance insights to continuously refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Educational Background & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing mid to large-scale marketing or engagement campaigns.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, live commerce, or digital marketing.
- Prior exposure to managing MCN, affiliate, creator, or livestream ecosystems is a strong advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of MCN engagement dynamics, digital content trends, and livestream creator behavior.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proven ability to optimize strategies based on performance insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a track record of launching high-impact, engagement-driven initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-functional work with internal and external stakeholders.
