What your role is
- Deliver engaging and student-centered math lessons aligned with progressive education principles
- Create a positive, inclusive, and values-oriented classroom environment
- Develop innovative teaching strategies that make math relevant and enjoyable
- Assess student progress and provide constructive, growth-focused feedback
- Collaborate with fellow educators to design interdisciplinary and experiential learning activities
- Integrate character formation and real-world applications into daily instruction
- Communicate effectively with parents to support student development
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Licensed Professional Teacher (preferred)
- Strong foundation in mathematical concepts and pedagogy
- A heart for teaching and a passion for student growth and formation
- Creative, adaptable, and open to progressive teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
