Job Description
- Optimize Weekly Probe Plan based on 3weeks SCP plan.
- Ensure meeting QTR goal in volume and SCP Hit rate.
- Review/Analyze backlog and expedite in support to QTR revenue.
- Work with production and other support group to improve all manufacturing indicators.
- Monitors and cleans up partial lots, RMA, Retest, and Ageing lots. Manage work in process.
- Creating reports in Tableau is an advantage.
Requirements/Qualifications
- - Good command in English. Requires writing, reading, listening, and speaking competencies.
- Capable to communicate both internal / external.
- At least 2yrs experience on production planning and control.
- Teamwork attitude and leadership personality.
- Computer knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.
